Ask for something hsh_describe_data_need does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls hsh_describe_data_need itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that HSH Data-on-Demand's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
