Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something github_repo_intel does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls github_repo_intel itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that tollbooth's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
