Add apipay to Zed

Open ~/.config/zed/settings.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something get_vault_link does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls get_vault_link itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that apipay's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first
apipay will not start until these are set, so get_vault_link never becomes available.
