Add apipay to VS Code

Open .vscode/mcp.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something secret_generate does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls secret_generate itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that apipay's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first
apipay will not start until these are set, so secret_generate never becomes available.
