    Save the file and restart Windsurf.

    Ask for something get_robinhood_rwa_instrument does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls get_robinhood_rwa_instrument itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that insight oracle's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
