Save the file and restart Cline.

Ask for something decide_sensitivity does. Cline lists the server's tools on connect and calls decide_sensitivity itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that agentstack mcp's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
