Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something internal_rate_of_return does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls internal_rate_of_return itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that precisioncalc mcp's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
