Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something intentions_ask_month does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls intentions_ask_month itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Intentions MCP Server's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
