Save the file and restart Claude.ai.

Ask for something analyze_full_comms does. Claude.ai lists the server's tools on connect and calls analyze_full_comms itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that COS Monitor's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
