Run this in your project directory.
claude mcp add --transport http synapse-lounge https://synapse-lounge.synapse-lounge.workers.dev/mcp-

Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something group_party does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls group_party itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Synapse Lounge's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
