Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something append_relay does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls append_relay itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that p-e relay (remote)'s identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
