Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something cloud_processor_runs does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls cloud_processor_runs itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Singularity Layer MCP's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
