Save the file and restart Gemini CLI.

Ask for something parlayapi_get_pricing does. Gemini CLI lists the server's tools on connect and calls parlayapi_get_pricing itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that ParlayAPI's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
