Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something ask_va_benefits_question does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls ask_va_benefits_question itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Valor AI's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
