Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something match_evercraft_capability does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls match_evercraft_capability itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Evercraft Capability Discovery's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
