Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something citation_report_large does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls citation_report_large itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Academic Evidence Pack's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
