Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something create_campaign_plan does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls create_campaign_plan itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that synter ads's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

synter ads will not start until these are set, so create_campaign_plan never becomes available.
