Add synter ads to Zed

Open ~/.config/zed/settings.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something publish_plan_document does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls publish_plan_document itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that synter ads's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first
synter ads will not start until these are set, so publish_plan_document never becomes available.
