Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something pull_amazon_ads_performance does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls pull_amazon_ads_performance itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that synter ads's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
