    Save the file and restart Gemini CLI.

    Ask for something call_out_fee does. Gemini CLI lists the server's tools on connect and calls call_out_fee itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that JustFix Estimator's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
