Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something time_to_fix does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls time_to_fix itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Sighttrue's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
