Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something add_spend_rule does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls add_spend_rule itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that sipi.bot — Spend Firewall for AI Agents's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
