Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something use_agent_here does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls use_agent_here itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that rar agent finder's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
