Ask for something prepare_submit_confirmation does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls prepare_submit_confirmation itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Blackbook Protocol Advisor's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
