Ask for something fetch_paginated_documents does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls fetch_paginated_documents itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Riksdag & Regering MCP's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
