Open ~/.config/zed/settings.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something ocr_to_markdown does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls ocr_to_markdown itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Frenchie's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first
Frenchie will not start until these are set, so ocr_to_markdown never becomes available.
