Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something begin_invoice does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls begin_invoice itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Invoice by Ouroboros Apps's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
