Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something format_citation does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls format_citation itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Papers by Ouroboros Apps's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
