Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something detect_redundancy does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls detect_redundancy itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that api flow analyzer's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
