Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something suggest_batching does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls suggest_batching itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that api flow analyzer's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
