Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something payload_analyze does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls payload_analyze itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that api payload auditor's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
