Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something api_executor does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls api_executor itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that interactive api playground's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
