Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something github_repository_metadata does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls github_repository_metadata itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that MISSING's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
