Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something test_python_package_runtime does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls test_python_package_runtime itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Python Package Runtime Test's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
