Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something get_protest_record does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls get_protest_record itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that BidCatch's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
