Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something cypher_note_rejection does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls cypher_note_rejection itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that cypher mcp's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
