Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something cypher_publish_tool does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls cypher_publish_tool itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that cypher mcp's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
