Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something excalibur_scheduler_reissue does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls excalibur_scheduler_reissue itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that excalibur mcp's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
