    Save the file and restart Windsurf.

    Ask for something brain_get_note does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls brain_get_note itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that personalbrain mcp's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
