Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something roastify_delete_design does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls roastify_delete_design itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that roastify mcp's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
