Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something taxsort_delete_classification does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls taxsort_delete_classification itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that taxsort mcp's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
