Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something query_security_feed does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls query_security_feed itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that feedmyagent's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
