Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something plan_annual_leave does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls plan_annual_leave itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that BridgeDays's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
