Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something compute_fiscal_year does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls compute_fiscal_year itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that OpenLMNP's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
