Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something generate_test_data does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls generate_test_data itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that SeedBase Test Data's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
