Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something check_timetable_conflicts does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls check_timetable_conflicts itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that NTNU Courses (unofficial)'s identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
