Ask for something motion_compile does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls motion_compile itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that MotionSpec — verified web motion (reduced-motion / WCAG)'s identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
