Save the file and restart ChatGPT.

Ask for something verify_tx does. ChatGPT lists the server's tools on connect and calls verify_tx itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that x402 Toolbox's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
