Save the file and restart Gemini CLI.

Ask for something contas_cpfl_link_consultar does. Gemini CLI lists the server's tools on connect and calls contas_cpfl_link_consultar itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that CPFL: Download via link's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
