Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something dfe_consultar_nsu does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls dfe_consultar_nsu itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that DF-e's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
